In 2021, I founded Vidos Solutions with a clear mission in mind, provide a high-performing quantity surveying and program management consultancy that delivers for clients and truly rewards its people.
Our industry has long suffered from cost and program overruns, skill shortages, and low productivity, often resulting in great, life-changing projects being marred by dissatisfaction and dispute.
During my time in this great industry, I have worked with various businesses across the value chain. I have seen firsthand how the industry is facing a crippling shortage of skills as it fails to compete with other major industries such as finance and tech for top talent. What’s more, the construction sector has often been slow to embrace technology, innovation, and working practices that could truly transform its results. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a modern business that integrates and champions cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and make a real difference to our built environment.
